NOTICE:This version of WebGestalt (WebGestalt2.0.42) is out of date. You will be able to analyze existing gene sets here, however, you won't be able to upload new gene sets in this version. We recommend that you use the current version (WebGestalt2.0.49) for your research. Original gene sets (i.e. gene sets uploaded from user files) in this version were remapped based on the new annotation and are available in WebGestalt2.0.49. Derived gene sets (i.e. gene sets derived from ortholog mapping or defined by Gene Ontology etc) in this version were removed in WebGestalt2.0.49 and you will need to recreate those sets.
